By understanding the ebbs and flows of energy, your business athletes are given the tools to implement principles of work/effective recovery into their own day, and to support others. 2 – Energise – Fitness Program
Research reveals that the majority of British employees would like to improve their fitness. Onsite weekly light exercise programs for your staff will make fitness accessible and non invasive. Exercise has been proven to improve mood, concentration, resilience to change, and engagement.
- 1-1 Personal Training: 30 minute energy boosting 1-1 sessions, preparing body and mind for a highly productive afternoon
- Team Training: A weekly invigorating exercise session designed to recharge and ease muscular tension, led by one of our experienced exercise professionals
3 – Educate – Nutrition Program
Your employees will receive top level nutritional advice and support from our experienced professionals. By providing simple educational messages that cut through confusion about what and when to eat, your employees are empowered to manage their own energy sustaining diet, vastly increasing afternoon energy levels. Your employees will learn how to eat healthily for long term energy. Mentoring sessions are are twenty minutes long and include all learning resources. This includes topics such as;
